Orientation Activities Application Form

 ORIENTATION PROGRAMS (ONLINE and FACE-TO-FACE)

Registration Period of Orientation:

Registration process will commence on 15 January 2026 via the orientation web page. Registration for each event will close two days prior to the respective session. We would like to remind you that registration and attendance are compulsory for all events (online and face-to-face).

Changes may be made to program contents and dates. In such cases, participants will be notified via e-mail and through announcements posted on our official website.

Online Webinar Sessions:

Online briefing sessions on accommodation, residence permit, banking, budgeting, safety, health and life will be conducted for students and their families. 

All online sessions will be conducted via the Microsoft Teams platform and starts at the local time

Activities that are not specified as face-to-face will be held online. For more information about activities please download: Program ENG.pdf
