· In case you are not able to register via Internet, this form needs to be filled in and e-mailed to emu.orientation@emu.edu.tr minimum 3 days prior to your arrival in the TRNC.

· You can find the detailed information about Travelling Procedures within the Scope of COVID-19 measures from https://www.emu.edu.tr/en/news/announcements/travelling-procedures-within-the-scope-of-covid-19-measures/1208/pid/3453.

· Please make sure that you completed your first installment or full semester tuition fee payment. Check your first installment or full fee payment by visiting the link below https://portal.emu.edu.tr/YeniOgrenciOgrenimUcreti.aspx?lang=en. Once you complete your payment, you can visit the Student Portal to request and download your Student Certificate and your Confirmation of Payment letter.

· After making your payment you will receive a confirmation please print the Confirmation letter and student certificate. Both document must be presented at the airport before boarding the plane.

· You can find detailed information about the GUVENDE KAL application and quarantine payment at https://www.kktckarantina.com/en. Please complete the TRNC Entry Form prior to arrival.

· For the GUVENDE KAL application, you must provide an address before arrival in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Information about Private, EMU dormitories on campus and payment procedure can be found at https://dormitories.emu.edu.tr/en Provided that you plan to stay in dormitory.

· To obtain Student Certificate for your travel to Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus complete the following;

o Pay your tuition fees to the account provided in your admission letter.

o Do not travel without a Student Certificate.

o Once you enter the Student Portal, you can request your Student Certificate from a personal – online document application. On the same day, you will be able to download your Student Certificate.

NOTE:

· This pick up from Ercan Airport to EMU Campus in Famagusta is complementary at no charge.
